These two are the least pleasant of the five you cited, IMHO. This is 
particularly true if the Android Market runs "specials" like the iPhone 
App Store seems to run, which runs into problems with #4 above.

I haven't looked at the actual terms, but if your description is 
accurate, I'd have a difficult time recommending this to anyone, my 
AndroidGuys affiliation notwithstanding.
