The UK press live off trying to sensationalise things. He's probably a little upset he couldn't get a review unit prior to the UK launch and had to go to ARM to get one.
Trust me, after living in the UK, I understand why until a few years ago many people thought the best thing to do with British newspapers was use them to hold chips. Al.
