Hi Everyone, I have decided to cough up the $25 to release my freeware apps on Android Marketplace, but I honestly can't find the area of that site where developers are supposed to register and create their account. I have read their help which tells you how to do everything EXCEPT that actual link to create the account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
