Hi forks, http://market.android.com/publish is now available for developers. I try complete registration of Android Market. But that haven't succeeded.
The Android Market site says, "Waiting for Google Checkout payment confirmation...". And Google Checkout says, "Thanks for your interest in publishing your applications to Android Market. Please return to the Android Market Developer Site to finish your registration." Somebody have succeeded in developer registration? -- C-LIS CO., LTD.
