Veecheck is a small library that can be configured to periodically retrieve a small XML document and issue a Notification based on the current version of the application and the versions listed in the document. It is designed to be used to notify users when new versions of an application are available.
Version 1.0 of this library features a serious (and rather stupid) bug. If your application is using this version you are strongly advised to upgrade - hopefully making the change won't be too problematic. This latest release now makes it easier to direct the user to a confirmation activity before they proceed with the update. The user can also opt to ignore the current upgrade while still being notified of future upgrades. The version document format has not changed in this release.
