Hi Eric, AndAppStore allows you to put a donate button on the app page and specify a recipient account, so you could take donations and put them directly into the charities PayPal account if they have one.
If you want to do that in-app as well you could look at lifting the code for the PayPal button from the app page and using it to populate a WebView which would allow users to go to PayPal from your app. If there is anything else that I can help with let me know as it's something I definitely want to help facilitate through AndAppStore.
