For the latest 2.1 version of SAM, it moves the app from the catalog to "My
Downloads" after download, not install. So it looks like the application
(CamLine?) must have downloaded but not installed. The only way to solve
this in 2.1 is to delete SAM and reinstall, as that will delete the catalog
info. In the upcoming 2.2 version, we will be verifying the install prior to
moving the app to "My Downloads."

Can you let me know which app failed? I'll check from my side, as it might
need to be unpublished.
