Strike that--RC30 does no such thing. I just had my phone plugged in
and thought I was getting some new behavior.

Moving on from my own stupidity, I agree with the original poster--
someone should post what these updates actually do somewhere. It may
have prevented my own false elation in this instance for example. ;)
