FYI for everyone on the Google Market url issue:

http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market/thread?tid=5c8501d73226fad8&hl=en

I am only guessing that my update notifier works since 1.0.2 server
checks are dropping fast while 1.0.3 is going up fast.

Maybe someone with a phone that downloaded 1.0.2 from the Google
Market could tell me if it is working.
