I never noticed that they had them, but if you just hard button for answer, it answers and if you press the hard button for end call, it sends them directly to voice mail. I do wish that if you press menu or something you could stop the sound/vibrate of your ringer. So they wouldn't know sent them to voice mail/ didn't pick up on purpose. I know in a sense it's wrong, but no worse then the "white lies" that people say all the time...
