I agree we need a website. I also believe we need much more info on the applications through the use of a symbol. For example, if you have an older version of the app on the phone, it should tell you symbolically. An example of use would be to have a symbol beside each app to show one of these four conditions a) you have downloaded in the past but the app is no longer installed b) never installed this application c) currently installed on phone and it is the latest version d) installed, but updated version is available
I believe this would make it much easier to run through the ever increasing size of available applications. Anybody else like that idea? BTW - I just found out the G1's CPU is being limited (Told its only running at 350mhz). Why can't they make a setting to allow us to set what speed we want to run the CPU at rather then dictate what we have to run at. It kinda upsets me considering I paid for a 528mhz CPU. The battery issue is not relevant in my opinion.. That's why I have a car charger...
