I agree with this. My phone is constantly having apps in the
background using CPU and not getting released.
This makes the back of my phone hotter than it should be. I can see
the cpu utilization but I cannot kill the task. It's frustrating to
think that I've got a runaway program using my battery that I cannot
end. What I would give for a shell and a kill -9 command.
