I ordered my phone on the 7th and chose the free FedEx Ground Shipping.
No order confirmation or shipping confirmation email (I guess the site was broken), but fortunately I printed out the order summary screen when making my order. From here I got the Order Number, which can be used to track the package on FedEx's site (track by reference). It left Brightstar at Wheeling, IL on the 10th (within the 3 business days order period). FedEx ground took 5 days to deliver it to Santa Clara, CA.
