So inorder to ship a DLNA capable android based phone, we would need
to have licensed component from PV ? Do Android support PAN profile on
BT if we want to discover and sync content over BT?

In general which is good place to dig information about what is
supported on  Android platform or not (like their Bluetooth support
etc)
