On my Symbian phone (now ditched in favor of the G1), you can view the default keys, and add your own, via an applet in the settings menu somewhere. The process for adding one is really annoying though, you have to convert it to a specific format, and feed it from a web server.
I'd love to see a way to add keys to the keystore on Android. Perhaps writing such an app is a good reason to start playing with the platform...
