Do you realize that you just confirmed my suspicion that their unit is NOT ready yet? which you refuse to acknowledge? If they only have prototype by January 8-11, what is the chances that the production model will ship by 30th Jan? I think the Lenono Ophone seems like a better alternative than Kogan's, plus they have photo of the REAL unit floating around the internet. As a comparison, "prototype"-wise, we already have them like more than 2 weeks ago for our HW ;), except it is NOT running on Android 1.0 yet and there are more software work to complete.
