Sorry about one thing in the last post. I was indeed able to run
"logcat -v time" (leaving out the "adb" part) from the shell. I don't
see any evidence that anything is writing to a log file. (Method: I
did a search for "log" in the text that came up, and found no
instances. Is there a better method?)
