When it comes to their price comparison I would say you still have to
factor in the cost of the contract, I still need to be connected and
paying a monthly contract.

When you add in the extras to make it the same spec as the G1, and
based on the T-Mobile contract I bought in the UK which added an 8Gb
card for free the price comes in at $254 (8Gb card, GPS, Wifi and a
full qwerty keyboard).

Also from reading the About Us page it seems that the phone does not
support 3G but Edge only.

Considering I pay £30/month for the contract which includes unlimited
internet, plus in the UK the phone is free on the contract it doesn't
seem such a good deal.

I'm not trying to belittle the zzzPhone or those like it, but you have
to read the small print and compare like for like.
