I'm not sure what you mean by that. Cupcake is a stabilization branch
for the next platform release. I agree we're not pushing changes out
as quickly as we would like - we're working on it. The plan is to
merge all changes from Cupcake to master except where there are
changes in master that supersede the Cupcake change.

We (the Android team) cannot discuss future deployments of Cupcake (or
any other release) on G1 (or any other device). You need to take that
up with the vendor.
