Its not a bug, its a feature. (No, seriously, ask the guy who wrote it..)

If you are on tmob, you - no joke - need to call 611 and ask them what is
wrong, how to fix it, etc. Goog does what the carriers tell them to do, and
the carriers don't care about people complaining on mailing lists. (Also,
fyi, there is a bug database that already has this posted, with a video and
everything. http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/list is the bug
tracker.)
