As I was thinking about this, it occurred to me that I should just go ahead and try the USB 2.0 solution. Problem solved. Now, I just got the G1 Friday and have installed many apps already... Interestingly, I have not encountered any major issues. I did have an issue with the slide unlock app. Would cause a home screen delay. Uninstalled and everything is good again. This is a much nicer experience that I had with ANY of my WinMo devices. I have YET to see any kind of slow down like what I was having with the Shadow or Dash (what with the wonderful "feature" of memory leaks in WinMo) This device is close to being an iPhone killer... The fact that it reached a million units on the street sooner than iPhone should tell you that. Can't wait for A2DP!
