Iskoot and Skype are same,they both don't use GSM directly. Iskoot's voice call use call back mode,and skype use network for connecting to skype gateway. Skype is cheap and popular,the voip running on right way. It's a good news that skype-lite running on android platform.Interesting for me,may be all.
