A few other alternate measures:

1. Look around and take in the nature. Go to a park. Take a walk. Take a
deep breath. Sit down. Relax.

2. Talk to your family. Make them happy. Take them out. Play with the kids.
Be a kid.

3. Enjoy work. Call your friends. Bury the hatchets. Be nice to neighbors.
Help a stranger.
