I have a number of suggestions for your mirror of the Android Market. Thanks for your work so far, it is greatly appreciated by this user. 1. Display a total number of applications and games. This is critical in that people have no idea how far to go back to find good applications. Also, the growth of the Market is a measure of its success, and no one seems to know how big it is at the moment. 2. Allow a customizable view of the number of entries per page. This is the great advantage that a computer screen has over a cell phone screen. I would like to be able to view 25, 50, even 100 applications at a time. 3. Create a header bar that can be used for sorting, as in any file manager. Name, Date, Rating, Number of Downloads, Version, etc, would all be very useful. The fact that no one can sort by star rating makes it harder to get to the apps that everyone likes. 4. The search function could be improved, just like the Market. For example, if I can only remember part of a name, like "sans" for "droidsans," I get no results. Also, if I type in "droid," "droidsans" is not among the results.
