I did the same. For Handango, it's no problem, as long as you don't offer it on Android (or any other market) for a lesser price.
For Android, i'm not sure. I've been looking through the ToS, and i've found nothing about partnering up with another distributor such as Handango. I can tell you, though; just after the Android Market came online, my sales on Handango have been dropping off DRAMATICALLY.
