>From what I have seen--- the Android Market app---- the developer console both are not updated in realtime, and are updated separately. When I put my first app up-- it seemed as if the market app was sometimes.. "more current"... and that other times the developer console was more "current".
I'm really not sure of the caching/updating used--- but yeah definitely not real time. :) The delay varies as well-- I've seen it "refresh" within a couple hours to a day before.
