Google needs to do a lot of things before people start being serious on buying software for their phones. The market doesn't really look professional to me. It's a good start but it really needs moderation for both comments and applications. People is submitting "test" application without even application icons. Maybe screenshots support. If Google manages to improve the market I'm pretty sure people will start buying more. Still, sales are not bad considering Android is not massive.
