So now developers need to have a business such as a trading company to stock Android Market and sell?Acting as a "Sole Trader" would be enough for these developers to invoice & sell via Google Checkout. ALL countries allow Sole Traders to have the right to Invoice for services. NO need to have a business/company entity setup.
