Stoyan, I agree that it has some bugs (especially the one where copy-protected apps fail to download), but i also had people e-mail me that my app did not download to their phone; Each one, so far, that has e-mailed me about the app not downloading, had their credit card declined and therefore the download did not start.
Not every problem is a bug. Sometimes it is 'user-error': The credit card was just not valid.
