I think google has not done a bad job so far. The real test will be if I can 
make money on Android. For that I'll wait and see till the end of the year. It 
is too early to call it yet . My advise is to continue working on your code. 
Specially the one that is portable to other platforms. You should not put all 
your hopes in a single platform.

 If Android boms well too bad. You still have other great platforms to make 
money off.

Short answer: No, they don't.

Why am I so negative? Because there isn't even any mechanism in place
to do so. The very conduit through which this might happen doesn't
exist. We are treated to half-finished developer websites, "blogs"
that have "NEW UPDATES!" from 6 months ago, and the complete sum of
our information is contained in the occasional emails we get from
Google.

They simply don't care about us.
