I noticed the same thing this morning - on two apps.  One went from
48% to 75%, and the other went from 20% to 34%.

The jump in percentage was caused in a jump in the active user count
that could only be due to a change in how they are being calculated or
reported by the Market, not by actual user downloads.  Anyone know
what happened?
