Yes, it does. As do all Austrian and most German carriers. (The only exception 
that I could find would be Vodafone that puts MMS into their websession apn, 
which can be used to access the Internet, but which you shouldn't use if you've 
got a montly data flat)

Android.net.ConnectivityManager only defines Mobile and Wifi types, one wonders 
what one should use to access APNs defined with a different type than default 
(e.g. mms)
