Clark, thanks for the post. It caught my eye because I happen to be named Tom Funk, but I am definitely NOT the Tom Funk sending out this G1 spam.
I thought I should poke my head out and say that, since I am involved in the industry. This is me: http://www.linkedin.com/in/webmarketer (Let's think of me as the good Tom Funk!) I checked out Whois to see who registered G1AP.com, but the registrant is hidden through Domains by Proxy. Typical! It's a small world, and an uncommon name, so it's a bummer for me.
