This is freakin' unbelievable. It pisses me off. I have had my app put on illegal download sites. It sucks, but at least they are on this warez sites and my signature is still on my app.
But your 'friend' had the balls to put it on the Android Market. I hope you did sign your app, proving it was yours. Like Mark suggested, you should file a DMCA claim with some proof you created this app (links to where you published your app, for example). Good luck with this all! Hope you get the guy!
