Hi Folks, I have a question about the IMEI of my ADP. I recently purchased some software (a German-English dictionary) for my phone, for which they sent me a key. The key doesn't work and have I contacted their support department who asked for my IMEI number. Now, once again forgive me if I'm asking a stupid question, but I was under the impression that a) the IMEI should be kept relatively private, and b) ties something to the handset and not the subscriber.
Does this make sense? Should I send it to them?
