I'm not sure what would cause your browser issues, but I can shed some
light on the bluetooth part... every different type of bluetooth
function requires a particular bluetooth profile
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth_profiles . Not all bluetooth
profiles are supported by all devices. The bluetooth profiles
supported by Android do not (yet) include any type of networking or
anything that could be used for networking. Note that this will change
in the future as the platform gets further development -- your
hardware is capable of it, it just isn't (fully) implemented in
software yet.
