Voice search, I think would be somewhat involved to add. Voice dialing can be installed simply by adding in the .apk file for it. Those other things you mention are crap anyways. Quickoffice is only a VIEWER -- better off with Docs to go, which can also edit, msexchange is terrible and should die a horrible death.
