Leaked? I don't think that word means what you think it means.

The tags are in the open source project. Googlers routinely talk about donut
being the next dev tree. The crap about it being 2.0 is unsubstantiated, but
otherwise its public. (Of course, there is still no roadmap - letting the
open source contributors know what the goals are would be cheating. Or
something.)
