I know this question has been raised before, however, I am not sure why this
is needed.

To avoid process with uid=1000 accessing SD card, we just need to make sure
from the source code level, servicemanager/system_server won't access card.
There should be no java application has uid=1000, right?

I raise this topic again, because I meet an issue when trying to output full
core dump file onto sd card. These mount options make it impossible.
