I was contacted by same person about the same thing. My application is
fully open sourced and licensed under the LGPL, so I don't mind that
they redistribute. My question is whether or not this is legal? I will
not sign the chinese version with my certificate. I know that the
Android Market is not open in China. However, I have not come across
anything that says Android Market is the only way of distributing
applications. Can someone please confirm this?

Gopal.
