It's not a matter of administration for me. There needs to be some
functional gap between a free and a paid version.  And the proper way to
create the gap is to put something new on top. But after waiting for months
my app is almost feature complete.
Besides that, looking at other apps, the revenues are just not that
interesting. I am not going through all the legal/administrational stuff to
setup a small business for a couple of thousand €s. I don't feel that
Android is a platform for sustainable development at this time.
