A time to gloat a bit for all guys on the list who decided that either
I'm crazy or stupid, or my G1's hardware has gone bad.
I got the 1.5 OTA this Sunday and whoa, *all* 1.1. OTA update issues vanished:

- I can answer a call from the 1st click on the dial button, instead
of pumping on it for 10-30 times
- I can hang up a call from the 1st click on the hang up button (ditto)
- My calls never end abruptly anymore (yeah, I know, it's surely
because the OpCo fixed their buggy network, ahem, the very same day,
right...)

Thanks to Android engineers who never acknowledged any of these issues
but silently fixed them.
It's pretty much the same with the bug which didn't delete files and
re-installing an app continuously was losing memory. This was fixed
silently in 1.1.
It's fine by me. At least I now have a smartphone which works as a
phone. I used to have a smartbrick for months between 1.1 and 1.5.

Thanks to all guys on the list who believed me I'm not seeing dead
bugs and/or suffered the same bugs from the 1.1. OTA update. I hope
1.5 fixed these for you too.

Cheers,
Stoyan
