It looks like if you install anything less than the whole list and do another factory wipe, it will forget about the other apps that weren't installed. :(
EG: Buy 2 apps. So you have at least 2 in the 'my downloads' list. Factory wipe. 2 apps in the list - reinstall one of them Factory wipe. Only 1 app in the list..
