As the OP, I am still running at about 10 - 11 declined for every 100 orders.
Can a publisher in the US please confirm if this is a normal rate - it seems very high to me and I would like to make sure Google is aware how big a problem this is for UK publishers. It also affects chart positions, meaning UK publishers cannot compete on a level playing field. I know that Google will address this over time - but it would be nice to know : - How we can address problem in short term? - What is timeline for local currency payments?
