Yes other people are getting this too. 'fix' is to reset the phone, this deletes all your data (contacts, sms etc) and apps though.
Please go here: http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=2949 and star the issue, hopefully someone from google will take a look if it gets enough stars!
