You people are missing the point. Historically, flash has been extremely slow to support multiple platforms. It is closed-source proprietary nonsense being used in a medium that depends on open standards. If you want to develop a website to be compatible with the greatest number of clients, you do NOT use flash. Use of flash does and WILL ALWAYS cause problems for a LOT of people, therefore since there are some very stupid developers who actually use it, the only solution is to eliminate flash. You can't use what doesn't exist.
And you're talking about getting a better processor? Flash is a burden to even the latest 4+ core desktop/server chips... this is a mobile phone forum.
