I use bluetooth all the time with the built in music player, rockon, and meridian (mainly videos, but music sometimes). I only used the official 1.5 image for a few days and have used JF1.51 and Cyanogens latest builds since then. Never any problem with BT and audio. (I have only used it to talk on the phone a few times, but music I use every day).
But I have never used any of the apps you use, not sure why they would be a problem though.
