I'm a new user and very happy to be part of this Android journey. I as I'm sure all of you would like to see this succeed. I have a IT marketing background and would like to help out. I'm sure a lot of developers, if not most, are writing code to make money. If this platform is to become the mobile standard then we need to develop standards in the way we navigate and use applications. This is for the masses. People don't want to tinker with it and "figure out" how to navigate an application. I understand we are on the bleeding edge of this journey. However, to gain mass acceptance we or someone needs to address this issue and enact some type of guideline or control. I see this platform as the future and don't want to see it end as a footnote in history or relegated as a techie platform. Let's get some critical mass, get hardware manufacturer buy in and I know there will always be room for bleeding edge programmers pushing the envelope.
