Hello All, I got my Android G1 dev phone yesterday. I am in India and my friend got it for me from US.
Few basic questions: 1) Even after I insert the SIM card, the GSM Network shows No connectivity. Is it Normal? 2) I have enabled data-connectivity on my SIM. I provide APN settings and Save and try to login to Google account. But it has been not happening. I have tried 10-15 times. My question is, given a list of 12 APN settings it is having (T-Mobile related), how will the G1 know which setting to connect to, especially one I have mentioned is the bottom. Do I have to delete all the other settings except the correct one? 3) Related to question 1. again, Without the GSM Connectivity, I think, I can connect to Data Network. Am I right? Please guide me through this. If this is not appropriate for this group, can you let me know the group where I can get answer to these questions.
