Hi Kent, We use Launchpad to help the community translate our OpenIntents applications: https://translations.launchpad.net/openintents
Once set up, everybody can help with translations by a simple web form. In order to use Launchpad, one has to convert the string.xml files into .po files. We have build scripts that can do that conversion automatically. This scrips is available here: http://code.google.com/p/openintents/wiki/Translations Let me know if you have further questions.
